FKT Gaisbergumrundung

To kick off the summer, we invite you to run with us on one of Salzburg's most iconic routes, the Gaisberg Circumnavigation. This 16 km route covers a whopping 950 meters of elevation gain as it circles the summit of one of Salzburg's most popular peaks.

We expect the run to take approximately 3-3.5 hours, so please bring plenty of water and food for this distance. Runners should bring clothing appropriate for the weather, trail running shoes with an off-road tread, min. 1L of water, and and food for the duration of the run.

After the run, everyone is invited to attend a Watch Party, and witness the start of the legendary 100-mile Western States Endurance Run. For more information on the Watch Party, visit our calendar page.

This run is open to all members of the Salzburg Trail Community. Even non-members are welcome, either to become a member or make a donation of 5 euros.
